Lindsay vs. Amelie right now!

There don't seem to be any other die-hard Lindsay fans in the scoring thread with me, but it's okay because she's winning! Everyone is saying that she is playing really well and holding serve comfortably. Amelie served first and went down 0-40 and Linz didn't break so I was kinda worried. But she herself wasn't broken at all and won the first set 6-4. She also broke in the first game of the second! C'mon, LINDSAY!!

Yes, Lindsay did win!!!

And for some more info on the match...apparently Lindsay was serving very well (what a relief, huh?), she was only broken once and went down 0-40 in one game but came back to win it. She broke Amelie 3 times, and was evidently playing very strong! I am so happy because this was a great test. Some people were saying that Lindsay would be blown off the court, but I guess not! Things are shaping up for Melbourne quite nicely!

Sounds like it was a great win for Lindsay! A huge confidance boost vs. Amilie because Amilie was on a role towards the end of 2003.

Great Win Lindsay, keep it up!

GO GO GO LINDSAY!
