As much as I would have liked Jennifer to have stayed at number 1, it wasn't to be. I'm just glad that the ranking has gone to someone as classy as Lindsay and that fans as classy as her's can enjoy such a great end to the year. No doubt Lindsay has worked her ass off to make up for a disappointing Slam year, by her standards, to get so many points on the board in the regular tournaments. She deserves it for her 12 month performance.
Here's to a great 2002 and hopefully another fight for the top spot featuring our faves.
Good luck in the final...and enjoy the ranking. We want it back!
that was buetiful..thanks for your kind words and i'm sure there will be many battles for the number 1 spot..but Lindsays keeping it for a while <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> <img src="graemlins/bounce.gif" border="0" alt="[Bounce]" /> <img src="graemlins/bounce.gif" border="0" alt="[Bounce]" />
in behalf of all TOPs, thank you <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
It's not shyness I have. It's just that I'm not one of those people who loves to open a newspaper of magazine and see myself all the time. I don't like that at all. I prefer to play my tennis which I love, and with which I've been blessed.
