Well, she only has three slams. That holds her down. She's very much under-achieved in that area.

Yeah it's not bad. It's a great acheivement to be considdered that high, out of both men and women.....think of all the players that have come and gone in that time.....hundreds of players passing through the top ten.

I'm sure Lindsay isn't much bothered with it anyway, especially given the fact that she doesn't really like her tropheys on show.....although I'm sure it'd be a nice thing to tell her kids in the future!

Well Done Lindsay!

29 is not bad. As Andrew said she only has 3 grand slams and has under achieved in that area. I think maybe she could have been placed a little higher though

US Tennis magazine are doing four a month evry month from 40 to number 1. No prizes for guessing who will be number 1 on the list! It will also be interesting to see whether or not they put Margaret Smith-Court above Steffi Graf. I mean we all know she would not have 22 GS titles if Monica had not been stabbed!
But Lindsay is in an appropriate place at 29 with 3 Grand Slam titles. I will be disappointed if Venus is too much higher than her. I mean yes she has 1 more GS title but the rest of their careers stacked next to each other heavily favours Lindsay!

No... I forget what # JHH is.

I think Navratilova should be #1, personally!

I think Justine was 32 or 31... certainly in the low thirties.
