I hope she does decide to try her luck in the 50K in Orange, USA to see where she's at! I think it would be a good chance for a REAL breakthrough towards hopefully the top 100!

Katie is in Morelia as the 3rd seed and won her first round over Claire Peterzan 63 75! She plays Neuza Silva next! She could and should make the final if not win this tournament!

Katie qualified and won her 1st round match over Nazari Urbina in the 25K Poza Rica tournament. She will probably play Yvonne Meusberger next. She is one win away from the top 300! GO Katie!

Meusburger d. O'Brien 63 62

THis week in Coatzocoalcos qualifying, Katie plays Marcela Arroyo (who she beat last week), then probably Emily. Go Katie! Keep your fantastic year going and get in the top 300!

After a few disappointing results, Katie has qualified for the Surbiton main draw where she will face a tough opponent in Yoon-Jeong Cho. You never know, though, she may pull off the upset on grass!

Apparantly she lost the first set 75. Although that's closer than I expected! You can comeback Katie if you just stay positive!

Katie lost 63 62!

But she's in the doubles qualifying with Stephanie Foretz and they are at 3-3 against Sfar/Cohen Aloro. Go Katie and Steph!
