Hannah Collin

A few years ago she was touted as GB's brightest prospect, national champ and looked set to break into the top 200. Now she's languishing at 469 in the world and is struggling to win matches at 10k tournaments. What happened?

I've been a bit disappointed too. Three years or so ago, I shared the view that she might break the top 100 before too long, but that seems ever more unlikely now. She'll win a few matches from time to time, that's all. So I now have my hopes pinned more on the likes of Jane O'Donoghue et al.

Hannah reached the semi's of Felixstowe last week, losing out to Amanda Janes in 3 sets.

Hope the is the beginning of Hannah's career revival

I think some of it has been down to injuries.

Shes had 2 great weeks so far in Mexico. She beat Katlin Marosi Aracama last week and this week has qualified for a 25k beating a top 500 player.Small steps i hope on her way back up.She should get back into the top 500 now.
