Wow the girl is only 16 and already scored wins on pro tour against the likes of :
Olga Savchuk, Katarzyna Piter and Eleanor Dean (promising British junior who is 16 as well).

She's focusing on ITF's but could well play at Juniors' Roland Garros this year.

Allez Océane!

I saw her at Bron last year and I am very enthusiastic about her.... But Grenoble has very high entrance list and 2nd round will be probabely too high level for her... I hope she will play and win 10k tournaments this seasons !

Edit : Oceane will play vs Iryna Bremond tomorrow, Probabely not the easiest qualified girl to play...

yes that's not a bad loss against a top200 player. It was close. I left her she was 2-4 in 1st set, she proved great fight there against more experienced player.

this 25000$ was surprisingly very high level, the pliskova's are nearly top100 but play here!strange but well zanevska beat good players last year

dont know what tournament oceane will play next but dont think she'll play 10000$ tournaments

Won her first 10k in Les Franqueses Del Valles, beating Tess Sugnaux in final (63 63) :cheer:
Although none of the players she beat this week were impressive, I'm glad she was able to win the matches she had to win. This might boost her confidence as these last weeks she suffered painful losses to some good players like Zanevska, Sadikovic and Broady, each time in 3 tight sets. I really hope they'll give her a QWC for Roland Garros.

I'm so happy for Océane! She's a little different, she hadn't play in junior and.. she win her first tournament at 16 years old! I'm impressive, and I really want to discover Océane, she's a big big big hope !

She's in the SF of 10K Amarante in Portugal as seed 6, after she defeated top seed Olga Saez Larra 2 & 4 in QF. :yeah:

SF vs. (3)Barbara Haas, who gave 5 bagels to her opponents in the 6 sets she's played against her opponents in the first 3 rounds. :scared: Allez!!! :cheer:
