Arrow Which was Maggie's best tournament this year?

Here are the highlights from 2004

Pan Pacific Open
...beat Raymond, Granville and Sugiyama on the way to a Tier I final
...played also in the doubles final with Likhovtseva, beat Davenport/Morariu in the semis

...beat Mary Pierce in the first round 64 64 and Iveta Benesova in the second
...lost after fighting to Kim Clijsters in the quarters 67(2) 26

...beat two tough players in the first two rounds - Patty Schnyder and Elena Likhovtseva
...disappointed us a bit after losing to Venus Williams 16 06 in the quarters

Roland Garros
...beat Marta Marrero 75 67(3) 75 in a epic match in the second round, defeated Meghann Shaughnessy in the third quite convincingly
...lost to Mauresmo 26 16 in the fourth round

...beat Conchita Martinez for the first time in 11 meetings after coming back from 3-6 2-5
...lost to top seed Amelie Mauresmo in the quarters despite Mauresmo not playing her best

...didn't lose a set vs Douchevina, Craybas and Chladkova on her way to the fourth round
...missed many chances vs the favouritized Karolina Sprem in the fourth round

...played some great tennis to beat Krasnoroutskaya and Suarez in the early stages of the tournament
...lost to Myskina in the quarters after missing many chances in the first set

...played good to beat Lee-Waters 63 63 and Callens 60 61 in her first two matches
...Kim Clijsters was again one player too many to beat in the quarters

My #1 in tennis
