Re: Claire Liu

Claire was part of the 2013 World Junior Tennis team along with Bellis and Gordon. They defeated Russia for the title. Claire played the No.2 singles and won her match against Sofya Zhuk in the final. Need Michaela to step up and win her first title.

Claire in the semis of the Orange Bowl. Had a really good win in R3 over Neel. She has a very tough match against Kingsley today.

It's actually the Easter Bowl. Still a big tournament though, and great results so far

Great win and scoreline. Raveena beat her pretty comfortably in the final of the PanAm last fall. Shows how much Claire has improved in the last 6 months. She will play #2 seed Katie Swan in the final.

Re: Claire Liu

Wow, impressive scoreline! Raveena's doing great lately, but young Claire is the one who's really on the fast track.

Re: Claire Liu

Impressive win by Claire
I think she has the game to be top player. She is aggressive, not afraid of the net and moves well. Her BH is a weapon. She can generate a lot of power especially her DTL shot. Her forehand does not have as much pop as her BH. She mixes up her shots pretty well too.

She had a bad string of errors in the second set and her serve definitely can be worked on further as she was on the brink of being broken at almost every game .
