Micky just goated a quite strong AMT in NSW. Shame she's not playing Tweeds, could've done well. I hope she plans to play more tournaments in the future, she does seem to have talent for sure but her schedule seems quite limited
Both her and Violet (all the Meriden Girls really) don't play extravagent schedules. Partly due to funding and also because they're not coached as individually as other girls. Mickie was considering playing Tweed, but didn't due to other commitments. When I last spoke to her she had plans to go to Asia later this year.

Mickie eased her way to the Final in NZL where she will now play Vio, who similarly eased her way through  She's playing a G5 next week where she will actually not be able to add any points to her Singles ranking even if she wins :haha: A Top 200 player playing a G5 :spit: I know she has Fam there, but it's getting ridiculous :spit:

She's a Top 150 Junior
She deserves a thread
I'm sorry if you know little about Australian Juniors, Kev sure knows who she is. And anyway she's a great friend, but she's younger than me. I would never make a thread about myself, I don't want people to know who I am.

Mickie lost the Final to Vio 6-4 6-0  Vio just matches up better against her, and they've played each other so many times  Anyway, as puzzling as this trip is, I hope she wins the title next week :)

Mickie is on the list for the G2 in Korea in a few weeks though :cheer: Very exciting

I'm sure plenty of people here recognise her name. Just as I'm sure the TF servers would crash if every player who was i the top 150 junior had their own thread and every result (including amateur) commented on.

Each to their own.

Naiktha Bains got a thread before she was ranked in Juniors :haha: Your fave Maddy Inglis got one when she was barely Top 300  Please go and complain there please :bigwave: :ras: Have you not seen other Forums :spit: I make threads for Estonians as soon as they get Junior rankings :spit: Carol Plakk got hers at 12 :inlove: She just won a 14U tournament  This thread is not only appropriate but necessary. It's just that no one here except Kev cares about Juniors  The USA, Russian, Belarussian and Czech forums definitely have player forums for very lowly ranked Juniors. I am sure there are others too.

Anyway, if your sole intent is to make offensive comments, please leave Mickie's thread :inlove: She deserves nothing but support

Can you be any more of a presumptuous primadonna. There are a lot of talented juniors out there. Not all of them have alleged school friends living vicariously through them. Good luck with it, it's your time to use how you wish.

If you're not a fan, leave  There are no Juniors better than Mickie who don't already have threads  At least no one that has even mildly supportive fans. I'm not schoolfriends with every Estonian player and I support them. Same with Dutchies, Chinese, Belarussians, Ukrainians etc. Don't be so critical.

You're just being hypocritical now. You're doing a good job of derailing it yourself.

I have no clue who you are really so that specific comment wasn't strictly 100% serious because I have no way of knowing. You could be a 40year-old neckbeard for all I know, it's best to presume nothing when it comes to the internet, as those that have been around it longer than a snapchat picture know.

So I don't have the same opinion as you, deal with it. :wavey:

As an example that you suggested, Inglis' thread was created (by Kev) after she entered her first pro ITF tournament (hasn't happened to Haet) yet and didn't really get commented on until she won the U18 Champs (that hasn't happened either) and isn't exactly a hum of activity with amateur results posted constantly.

So I'm sure even you can appreciate there's a difference there and yes, whilst there's no defined rule for these things, it's not like anyone not claiming to know her personally would feel the need for such a thread right now. Especially since there is already a thread that allows everyone to monitor all the junior results, even those high up on rankings.

Other than that  I fall back on last statements in previous posts which seem to be selectively ignored.

Having read all of that useless information, along with a ridiculous justification for why the creation of Maddison's thread was more necessary than this when it should never have been, I will say for I think the fourth time, the following: if you want to post nice comments about Michaela and follow her results, you are welcome. However if you continue to derail the thread and insult her by saying she doesn't deserve a thread, leave :bigwave: Would you like to hear it again? It is really not that offensive.

Thanks to Kev, I have been reminded that Mickie made the SF at the GB1 in Korea :inlove: Almost in the Top 100 now  :worship: So very exciting  She hadn't really been exposed to much top level competition so it will be good to see her play some tougher opponents in the coming months

Queenchaela decided not to make the trip to the US to play Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl  However, she had a great week at ATL last week beating Alison Bai 4-0 2-4 4-1  :worship: She is playing again in tonight's Western Sydney rubber I am quite sure, so I expect more good results :inlove: I'm very excited to see what she can produce at the December Nationals and also throughout the Australian Summer :inlove:

That's cool, we don't have a lot of new girls going into college, think Perez/Woolcock are into their 3/4 years.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
