I saw that article. Pretty depressing summary of the current situation of Aussie women's tennis. Two of our top 5 players are over 30. Ash out. Storm out. Our middle tier of players is decimated: Azra out. Viki basically out. Tammi part-time again. Mon - poor form. Sally - disastrous form. Jess - average form. Izzy - poor form. And who's coming through? Ellen looked good but she's at college now. I can't really see anyone with the potential to reach, say, top 300 anytime soon. :sobbing:
