Re: Aussie Girls Results

Hayley Ericksen is posting some impressive results there. Alison Bai was lucky to get into the Rimini main draw after getting smashed in the final qualifying round. Good luck to all there. Pleasing to see Sally Peers getting some results too.

Re: Aussie Girls Results

Updated

Great to see over recent weeks our lower ranked girls of the likes of gianotti/scivetti/ericksen etc are sticking at it overseas on these tours and having a few wins here and there in singles and doubles!!

Also Great to see Emelyn and Cassie Barr reaching singles quater finals this week both posting decent round 2 wins respectively!!...heres hoping they keep it going tonight!!

Good luck to the West Aussies in 2013!:

Re: Aussie Girls Results

Why do you keep posting azza?? no one ever wants to hear your relenless whinging about the pittiful things you do comment on... the only ever half interesting thing you posted here was the weekly men's results and since they have been blacklisted to mtf its a pitty you didnt follow them over there!!

Konta very well maybe in the process of moving but at the moment she is Australian and is representing Australia so until i see GBR next to her name i will continue to put her results in MY posts!!......pretty sure the majority of people on here would rather read my posts with a wanna-be poms results in it compared to the mindless dribble your keyboard produces!!

At least she's not getting bagelled most of the time anymore. She seems to be getting the occasional win of late. If she can afford it, good on her I say.
Has anyone here ever seen her play? Is she as bad as most of her results suggest?

Marinela is not as bad as her results suggest!!

If you watch her games she just lacks the confidence and even when she is losing like 1n1...the majority of her games would be going to deuce....she just doesnt quite have it on the big points....she is quite capable of winning a round or 2 in 10s and a few matches in 25 qualies but lacks and weapon to do any better.....IMO

I wish her all the best as have met her several times and she is a top chick!!

Thanks Rick. That's good to know.
I always hope she does well.
She's just scored a 1r dubs win 6-0,6-4!!!! Her 1st MD dubs win in over 3 years. Hopefully that helps her on a bit.
