Question Why are most Aussie tournie cheap?

e.g we have 10K and 25K tournies for the women c'mon Tennis Aus adding another $25,000 to get it a 50k tournie isnt that much is it? so we get atleast 1 50k tournie also the for men i looked at the schedule and there are also 25k tournies i mean i see Men challengers go up to $125,000 and Tennis Aus puts in a louzy 25k? anyone know why Tennis Aus doesnt bump in an extra $25,000 for atleast 1 tournie?

I think the greatest problem with having any challenger in Perth would be a lot of the better players at the Challenger level wouldn't go because the costs involved would outweigh any possible prize money. They way the Challengers series are set up players can drive from location to location.

It would be good if they could lift the $10k's to $25 and a few $50K would be great as would give a few extra points as well.

Also the hosting of a Tier 2 in Sydney and a GS is totally irrelevant to this argument because those events have heavy sponsorship.

NO its true azza mate

remember a few years back when Aussie Open had trouble with a sponsor to till Kia resuced it

And the why the Sydney Int became the Adidas Int . . . . . ive been told it might be the Uncle Tobys Int soon

Uncle Tobys sponsors most challengers and they dont get the exposure or medai coverage of other big events . . . . . but agree a f ew $50 would be great

perhap become a billionaire and sponsor it yourself

Azza, Where you are concerned seems some things never change. However it does appear that your IQ is not one of those things, as it appears to be dimnishing on a daily basis. Personally I am looking forward to the day you are able to make a constructive post.
