new event actually moved from shanghai

WTA Indian Open? Is that the final name? This Tier IV event is actually moved from Shanghai. Do you guys all remember last year's final between Kournikova and Smashnova? From 2003, the Princess Cup (Tier II) initially held in Tokyo will be moved to Shanghai instead. The title will no more be Pricess Cup. Tokyo will only have two WTA events now. Maybe somebody could tell me more about the city of Hyderabad.

It is interesting that Shanghai event has three different names in the past three years. Heineken Open in 2000 (first in history), Kiwi Open in 2001, and SVW Polo Open last year. The title this year to be announced.
