Notes: The player Ernest John Gilligan was only 22 years of age in 1890, so his partner in the mixed doubles final was more than likely Louisa Gilligan, his mother, who also took part in some early lawn tennis tournaments.
We are unsure of the second set score in the final. This year this tournament was played over a number of weeks.
