I saw Mary few weeks ago and she looked grrrrreat!!
So I really think that Ms. Mary Pierce will beat Martinez 6-4 7-5 in final!!

Allez Marié!!

The line up has been the best it has ever been.

The likes of Tatiana, Anna, Mary should be top contenders for the Tournament Victory, as of Anna's great Preformance here the last few years, Tatianas ability here last year was surprising, but another clean effort form her should force her up maybe to the semifinal again, and we all know what Mary Pierce is like when her game is on top,

Ranking wise she seems average, but in Ability and after her Surgery seems for me to be the top contender for the title atleast The Finals is a must for Mary.

Plus any NewZealanders in the Draw, I hope to see atleast one of them have a good run for NewZealand.

Im actually quite surprised by the outcome of the poll Conchita seems to be the one to win the tournament, but the people that have voted for her, have Latin flags, or have Conchita in their names, I geuss it's patriosm, I would love her to concede the fighting form of the exhibition match she just had with Anna Kournikova, Im going to the tournament, and I really think she has got a throw of a dice's chance of winning, I really think it's possible, Panova, Pierce, Smashnova, Martinez hopefully should all be in the SemiFinals.

Go Elena Likhotseva

Hopefully aswell, If Paola is playing doubles then I think shes effectivly won her first tournament of the year, Usually Auckland doesn't bost the best Doubles Draw, With the exception of Likhotseva, Husarova playing.

Richard said Clarissa also has a good chance of the tournament, and not a player to estimate

hmmmmm, conchita to win? i don't think so. i wanted to vote for either smashnova (still underrated, she's gonna have a few more surprises up her sleeve this year) or zvonareva.

Well she bet Anna in a exhibition, Now I don't know how much effort players put into an exhibition.

Rebound Ace is one of Conchitas Favourite Surfaces. I also think people don't realise that most of what is been said on the Radio (NZ) Is just General hype for her as she is a Wimbledon Champion, people often forget hype and being a contender is a very different thing, I still however think she can put a better effort than what she did last year.
