Portland, USA: Clijsters, Hewitt, Agassi, Blake and more

I just read this on one of the USTA newsletters. Might be interesting for people living in the area:

"Superset Tennis Comes to Portland
Get ready for Agassi, Sampras, Hewitt, Haas, Blake, Grosjean, Gambill, Philippoussis plus Kournikova and Clijsters!

They'll be in the Portland Rose Garden, November 22 for a one-set tournament. One player will go home with $250,000 in prize money.

Day and night sessions.

To learn more about tickets and the event, please forward your name and e-mail address to info@pnw.usta.com"

i doubt anna will play

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

I'm surprised this has been around since July. Anna's playing. And CBS is showing her on Thanksgiving Day. A day when most Americans are around the tv set.
I'm sure Anna's getting a huge appearance fee for this. Anna's playing Coetzer, who is not a draw at all in the U.S.
So this is all about Anna.

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!
HEALTH and HAPPINESS to EVERYONE
