Taiwan won 7-4 in the doubles tie-break.

they were up 5-0. Uzbekistan came back 5-4 and taiwan finished off 7-4 .

Good singles match of Su-Wei today .

I also saw on the scoreboard they were up 5-2, but got back to 5-4, however still then they won 7-4 .

I can imagine Su-Wei playing well today by the scoreline , any more details? .

Chuang played also great tennis in important points. Iroda committed several UE in the few last points.

Sorry as I need to rush off shopping. My battery charger for my video camera is not working.

I did not post earlier as there is no internet connection in the hotel. Just found an internet cafe .

Question, would the winners of group 1a and 1b automatically go to world play off??? or they have to play winner of 1 a vs runner up 1b and the other way around, and the winner of those sf go to World Play off??

There will be semi playoff on Saturday. And yes it will be winner of 1a vs runner up 1b, runner up 1a vs. winner 1b.
