Good effort from Anna Loughlan. Maloney vs. Collins should be good. They're arguably Britain's best two 2000 born players. Also a good tournament for Esther. She doesn't turn 13 until October.

Pretty impressive win of Desiatnikov against Said. It must be the first time in the last few years that not only one but two of the youngsters (Desiatnikov and Potapova) will get a real chance at Les petits as

So Said won against Desiatnikov? Either way it seemes it was very one-sided and disappointing for the loser.

Ta.

And apologies to everyone. I hope it was changed on the website rather than being completely my fault. Even so, I failed to notice that I had Said progressing to the QF despite apparently losing her R3 match.

Re: Nike Junior International Teen Tennis, Bolton GBR - TE14

So tenniseurope did it again.

For once i was a little releived because Said defeated quite clearly Arias last week, and even when i know Paula has always problems against Dalila (she only defeated Dalila on a time when she was clearly in better shape) the fact that thinking Dalila lost so easily against Desiatnikov (even when Abigail is very good) doesn't make me feel confident about spanish girls performances on Tarbes.

This result makes me think that Paula could be the dark horse at Tarbes that i thought she could be (hopefully she doesn't be in Liu or Said's part of the draw in the first rounds)

Very surprising loses for Said and Liu (if the scores are ok, you never know with tenniseurope)
