Really disappointing that Akiko wasted a match point.

She seems to lose way too many matches after winning the 1st set. Most notably the Aus Open match, which she should have won in straight sets!

Hopefully she can turn things around at Miami.

She's on a 3 match losing streak, so now's the time to get it together. She's had a pretty good year so far but now she's gotta string some wins together. She's had impressive wins over Granville and Asagoe and took Rubin to 3 sets for the second time, but then she has lost to players like Diaz-Olivia, Tu and Lee-Waters, all players ranked in the 100's. A very up and down year for Akiko but a good chance to make it an awesome year in Miami.

Lets Go AkikoMo!
