Speaking as a cheerleader, there's a reason nobody wears their cheer gear outside of competitions. There are rhinestones. I think that should tell you all you need to know.

What's worn at training is a t-shirt, Nike Pro shorts and special shoes.

Also, bows are pretty much mandatory.

If anyone was wondering why the forum looks different, I got it changed. It looked too clustered. I think it visually looks better now.

By age, level and whether it's a co-ed squad or all girl.

We're senior coed level 3. This is a video of my old squad competing at the same level, so you can have an idea of what that actually means.
