Well, there was no point for Ksenia to keep playing non stop 3 weeks in a row in November. I think withdrawing it's very reasonable

The reason why they don't have livescores is the same reason Tallinn 15K for the mens didn't earlier in the year: the ITF forgot to send the devices. Estonia is arguably the most technologically advanced country in the world and themselves are not that poor so it has nothing to do with wealth and your comment was not only un-intelligent but on the edge of offensive.

It's Lukashenka - Mr Expert, if we talk in Belorussian, not in Russian.

Please, I don't want to talk about Belarus with a random kid from Australia who has probably never been in that country. Here in a neighbouring country we get ENOUGH information about Belarus, believe me.

He is Russian, and more people in Belarus speak Russian than Belorussian

I am actually part Belorussian and my Ukrainian grandmother lived there until about 3 years ago: I have been to Minsk 3 times and my father was educated there for a period of time. I have also been to Poland: there is nothing in common between the two. My knowledge of Belarus supersedes yours indefinitely and therefore unless you have any evidence to refute what I am saying, be quiet. And as you suppose that because you are from a neighboring country you know a lot, I have relatives in all of the countries bordering Belarus

That was surprisingly easy by Shymanovich. Glad there are no big talks about her; she can grow up free and improve with no pressure for a few months at least.
