Question $10K Qualifying Question

I was wondering if someone knowlegeable could help me out...

When a player fails to qualify from the qualifying draw of a 10K event, does her record show that she has played the event, and does it show that she has received no points for her efforts (assuming that she didn't beat anyone in the Top 500)?

Thanks in advance.

If you dont receive any WTA rank points then it is not considered as a tourn played.

beating a top 500 in a 10K qualies is rare but is does happen.

You get points and the tourn is counted as you received WTA pts.

Good luck to my favs
