I'm not sure about the decision with Miracle Worker/pedropt and Uranium/tina110. Mare will say last word about that.
It's impossible to resolve this under the current rules so I'd say you did it well. It's not like one of the teams will get bonus points and the other one won't - each is inside top 6 so this is really not that important anyway. The problem lies in the fact that the rules say this about solving ties:
"1. The player who guessed the winning team.
2. The player who is closest in games guessed.
3. The player whose player posted the fastest in the final. If no one posted in the final, points from previous rounds are examined going backwards, until a clear advantage of one player is confirmed."
Since each of the teams in question had one correct guess regarding winners and that each team also has one guess regarding the number of games, we could say the team whose player posted the fastest of all four in the final will end up ranked higher (not sure which player is that). But then we have a situation with one pick missing and rules don't say anything about that in doubles.
So I'd say just leave it as is, each team will get the same number of bonus points and no harm is done. Until next time we should decide what to do in these kinds of situations, and I'd suggest we make it a rule that a team whose both players don't play the finals can't be ranked higher than the one it's tied with. But that's just a suggestion, there's enough time until next doubles event which is I think Madrid.
Anyway, thank you all for playing, congrats to the winners and of course a big thanks to our manager
