Meg Has To Win To Keep USA In The Tie!

Now that is something i thought i'd never say! Has Meghan actully played Fed Cup match before?? Uh-oh. The Pressure, Nerves, Hummiliation....Suddenly Fed Cup is interesting!

Im gutted Monica just lost and now doubt there was not the best team atmosphere around this week. By all accounts Stefano was creating a rift with BJK al week. Could he be responsible for a premature exit for the US? Hope Not!

GOOOOOOOOOO USA!!

"I probably respect Monica more than any other player out there. Not only as a player, but also as a good friend, and an amazing person. I was so happy to see her play well last week, and then score some big upsets here this week. But I was also very happy to close it out in two sets, because as we've seen these past few weeks, Monica never gives up." - Lindsay Davenport after defeating Monica Seles to win the estyle.com Classic title

Oh puh-leeze. Stefano didn't kick Jennifer off the team so don't even try to blame him.

Is it definitely Meghann? I'd be very tempted to put Lisa in instead (damaging as that may be to Meghann's confidence).

Lisa and Megh both don't like the clay that much - Megh played not very good lately!

But I keep cheering and believe in one of my fave players!

because at the time she had two former French Open champions who were on hot streaks!

I don't think BJK chose clay did she?!!

She must be nuts if she did...

Hmmm.... this is scary... I seriously doubt Meg can win... I mean, she's been slumping a lot...

Today's wins (I'm confident!;-)) will be just the thing to get Meghann's game back on track. Who would have thought, with Lindsay, Jennifer, Venus, Serena and Monica in the top ten, that the hopes of the U.S.A. would be dependent upon Meghann?!! Her two matches today can be her time to shine!
