About Kimiko's come back...

Hi there!
There's something that i don't understand, maybe because of my poor English, so help me to understand: will Kimiko come back in singles later? It would be so incredible!! Imagine, after 6 years!!! Or is it just a simple bet with others Japanese's players, or the pleasure to play in front of her crowd?
Thanks for helping!

I don't think Kimiko wants to play power hitters from
the current WTA tour in singles. One of big beefs with
the WTA was that the power hitters were taking over
the game back in 1996.

Kimiko will be playing exhibition events. She will play
Mary Jo Fernandez at next months AIG Japan Open
in Singles.

in her website, kimiko mentioned she probably won't play singles in tours again. but she wants to challenge how far she could go in training for this tournament.

she said she decided to retire after wta changed the rule that woman players had to play more than 17 tournaments to keep good rankings?? anyway, she seems enjoying her life now tho!

Go! Trojans!
