Back sorted, but now i have shin splints

Yeah so my back problems are gone ()
But now i need to know, is it advisable to play with minor shin splints with every prevention and remedy on the face of the earth? Any tips

Re: Changing service motion

I've had to do the same, except my shoulder is the problem . Luckily not a huge adjustment, just had to not put my shoulder in a certain position during the serve.

Graf and Davenport.

Re: Changing service motion

Ivanovic has a weird serve. She isn't pressuring her back that much.

You should consider hiring Dementieva.

Re: Back sorted, but now i have shin splints

I used to get minor shin splints that lasted about a day after playing tennis.
Culprit was the cheap shoes I was playing with. Started playing with Adidas barricade line and that resolved the issue. These shoes are heavy though, so find one that works for you.
