Re: Which racquet brand do you use?

Everyone wants a Yonex now, well atleast on here. I'm pretty sure like I'm the only one (or 1 or 2 more) that uses Yonex in our club. Yeh.. Yonex hasn't really developed in Aus yet.

They don't have a frame with specs I like.

I used to play with the Xi Team + (102sq in frame) but now there's nothing in the new generation of their frames in the 102 range.

Seriously? Weird considering Hewitt has been with Yonex for centuries

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

Yonex is pretty rare here too. I've never seen anyone else in my club with a yonex racquet.

Re: Which racquet brand do you use?

I used the Wilson Tour 90's for 6 years. I've been using Head's IG Prestige Pro for 3 years. And I'm going to try and make a switch to the new Babolat Pure Drive in about a week from now. So I checked Head in the poll.

Re: Which racquet brand do you use?

I used to be a Yonex boy (RQiS 1 Tour all the way!) but I've found new love in the Babolat Pure Strike 16x19. Had a nice, extended hit today and MAN that thing felt great. Just swing away and the ball found the court with extra spin. String plays a huge part of this racket though. I have a stiffer string in there, and I think a softer string is going to give you more of a cradle effect.
