Tennis shoe warranty issue

I have 2 pairs of the same shoe, purchased 8 months apart. Both are worn with a hole in the out-sole. One is within the 6 month warranty, but I cant tell which pair. They are impossible to tell apart.

If I sent the wrong pair by mistake will then know?

This is driving me nuts.

If they're both worn out then maybe just send both pairs back. Even if one's outside warranty you've covered yourself as regards the other pair.

I thought of that.

1. It would cost me more as the return label is for a box that wont fit 2 pairs

2. I like wearing them for casual things, and if I sent both I would not get the other pair back

Is there a way they can tell? There seems to be a serial # under the insole, but its kinda worn out to read well

yes I have all the paperwork, orig box and return shipping label to get credit what I paid under the 6 month warranty.

Aight, so. Is there any difference on the two receipts that might somehow correlate to a code on the shoes?

I would assume that the serial numbers would run chronologically (i.e. the oldest would be the lower number) but if they're worn out that may not be an option.

Have you tried contacting the company by email or something to explain the situation?
