Re: Which pro does your game compare most to?

I'd say Kerber. Great movement and court coverage. A so-so serve, but it's pretty precise. But I also like body serves I get down on my knees very often to retrieve the ball (like Radwanska also). Not much top spin (but sometimes I use it though, when I have many errors). Good change from defense to offense. And I'm hopeless against my opponents moonballing
What's different is that I'm right-handed, and my swings are prettier

Sharapova - Kerber - Bouchard - Azarenka - Radwanska - Muguruza - Bencic - Kvitova - Kasatkina

I do this too, always have. I'm always really surprised when people comment on it as it comes naturally!

Serve - Dementieva.
Backhand - Stosur.
Movement - Taylor Townsend
Calling the lines - this is the only place I'm at the same level as Sharapova

I've completely messed up my forehand over the years. I used to have patches at least when it worked magically, nowadays it's just shit.

This I messes my FH so much i can't even get a loopy ball deep enough I'm gonna do some experiments and try using Venus' technique on my FH

Re: Which pro does your game compare most to?

Unfortunately my game is really like Wozniacki's. I want to be more agressive but for now I am not. Here and there I can hit really beautiful winner but that's it. Oh and of course. My serve is like Errani's. It's very slow, but I don't really have problems with DF's.

Re: Which pro does your game compare most to?

Sharapova all the way. Same forehand (both normal and loopy) and backhand technique, a pretty high ball toss, loads of DFs and I'm not that great at volleying in singles. I tend to hit more slice on defense though, but I'm mostly a ball basher

Re: Which pro does your game compare most to?

omg I just watched Vaidisova, and my shots are so identical to hers Especially backhand, exactly the same technique.
Except for serve through, but I once tried to bring my racket up like she did

Re: Which pro does your game compare most to?

Sjeng Schalken Old-school, I know.

When I was learning it was on purpose but now it's just instinctual. Over time I've learned to generate a decent amount of topspin when I need to with my Eastern forehand, though. I'm glad I never let my first coach talk me into westernizing my grip or switching to a two-hander...my game tends to throw a lot of people off
