Not at all. I actually find it a lot easier to get it in the sweet spot. But I have always used Yonex rackets since I started playing in the early 2000's as a kid. Apparently Yonex users find it difficult initially if they switch to a different frame so they tend to stick with the brand. That what a guy told me anyway.
I guess its all down to what your used too. I just started in 2000 because I saw Mary Pierce using Yonex. I flirted briefly with the idea of Prince when Masha used them but that didnt last too long. It's my inderstanidng that Yonex is pretty good for linear/flat hitters looking for good control. Thats my game anyway.
