A good win for Patty today against Myriam but i wish she would get out of the habit of going down a couple of breaks in the set and then putting sudden pressure on the opponent to get her to choke away the lead. It's probably not a winning strategy in the long run, although i have to admit it's been working for her lately. How about a nice 62 62 drilling of Mauresmo tomorrow to save my nerves.

I love Amelie too; but hey- Patty needs the Porsche more
than she does. I nice win would work really well just
in case SWISS COMM isn't in reaching hands.

JR what's with all the smart-alecky remarks in every damm thread! What makes you think you know any more about Patty's personal situation than what everybody else knows? You DON'T know any more than anyone else knows about it, so why don't you quit going around pretending you're such a $%#&@ moral authority? I've said before that to a certain extent i agree with you, but you're like a broken record, you never say anything new. Maybe Patty's motivation for winning matches IS so that she can give Hofmann the money he needs to keep himself out of jail. So what?? I don't care if she's giving Hofmann cash to buy cocaine, Ferraris and caviar, and then donate the rest to the fricking neo Nazis! We post on this board because we're tennis fans. For whatever reason, Patty's tennis seems to be improving lately. And if she says she's happy and she's competing well on the court and winning matches, well that's good enough for me as a Patty fan.

So you're saying that you DO actually know stuff about this, but you "can't" post it? So we are turning this into a John Le Carre spy novel now? Forgive me for being a little bit skeptical, as i would of anybody who keeps his mouth going as much as you do (no offense by that you understand). But sure, you can email me this article, i'd like to read it. I don't use the PM function but you can send it to mort8901@hotmail, if you have it in legible English. And please DO NOT spam me with any of that crap from your political agenda.

Now you're offering to put me in direct contact with Rainer Hofmann, so i can explain his case for him?! You're a stark raving lunatic LOL if you think i want to help that guy out! If you don't have the article in English, how did you read it? And i would think that if news like this about a WTA player (even though it's obviously not "news" to us here) were printed in a major German newspaper, somebody would have already mentioned it on the board.

Bravo Vogus on first post!!

Patty lost to Amalie today, but had set point in the Second Set, that tells you something doesn't it? If Patty keeps improving those chances will become reality, It just goes to show that Pattys improving and to challenge Amelie is showing signs!!!

Good Luck in Swisscom!!!!

btw JollyRoger Im going to the Swisscom, But I am not going to ask Emmanuelle about Patty and getting some info on Hoffman, Im there for the Tennis. Patty has to learn to sort her life out on her own without me spying around gettin scources of Information of People that probably know just as much as you do.
