Some changes to Anna and The Smash Pistols!

Hey all Pistol-ettes!!

Since the website's closure and considering that I have loads of free time, I'll be adding a few threads (sticky) to this forum. The threads are aimed at providing info and facts for all Anna fans to read and know about. I'll most likely start tomorrow with a profile of her and then continue with rankings etc. Any suggestions are welcome.

Aaron

I think you should put in her ranking, tournament results for 2003 and her tournie schedule. Maybe also some facts about her??

Thanks for your input. I'll start with a profile today. Tomorrow I might add her current ranking (singles and doubles). If I don't do it tomorrow I'll definitely do it on Wednesday.

No problem. I haven't been updating them lately (some problems) but it'll be nice and ready for the 2004 season.

I think we sould have a thread for Shahar (now that she will be rank in the top 500). Also Tzipi sould have her own thread

You can also update some info abote them (If you need help, I'm here )

Oren, do you mean a results page for Shahar and Tzipora? That wouldn't be too difficult if I can find their results

Question though: If we do that, do you want the forum to be concerned with Israeli tennis? Not that I have a problem with it, but currently this is a forum about Anna, so if we want to include them, we could always change it to an Israeli tennis forum.

Lindsay Davenport - Anna Smashnova - Lisa Raymond - Sandrine Testud - Paola Suarez - Amelie Mauresmo - Virginia Ruano-Pascual - Nadia Petrova - Chanda Rubin - Cara Black - Tathiana Garbin - Anne Kremer - Monica Seles - Fabiola Zuluaga - Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo - Amanda Coetzer - Rita Grande - Meghann Shaughnessy - Magui Serna - Nathalie Dechy - Kim Clijsters - Elena Tatarkova - Maria Sharapova - Alicia Molik - Julia Vakulenko - Elena Likhovtseva - Anastasia Myskina - Emilie Loit

Good point Well, I know that as long as Anna will be the only top 100 Israely player, there is no point for that "Israeli tennis forum", but, maybe if Shahar will continue to succeed ,we sould take that under consideretion.

What do you think?

It wouldn't be difficult at all to do a results/bio page for Shahar and Tzipi. As long as information is provided.

As for changing it to an Israeli forum, I have no qualms about that either. But as Oren pointed out, only Anna is ranked in the Top 100. Maybe we should wait or maybe we shouldn't. With this forum mabe more people will know about Israeli tennis players.

We could always just transform it into an Israeli tennis forum

Anna and The Israeli Pistols might make it broader

Lindsay Davenport - Anna Smashnova - Lisa Raymond - Sandrine Testud - Paola Suarez - Amelie Mauresmo - Virginia Ruano-Pascual - Nadia Petrova - Chanda Rubin - Cara Black - Tathiana Garbin - Anne Kremer - Monica Seles - Fabiola Zuluaga - Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo - Amanda Coetzer - Rita Grande - Meghann Shaughnessy - Magui Serna - Nathalie Dechy - Kim Clijsters - Elena Tatarkova - Maria Sharapova - Alicia Molik - Julia Vakulenko - Elena Likhovtseva - Anastasia Myskina - Emilie Loit

Thanks for the info Oren. I think I'll need some time to change the whole look of the forum though. I hope you are patient. I think it's safe to say we should change this into an Israeli forum. As for the name I don't think Anna and The Israeli Pistols sounds nice.
