Top ranked U14 player Olga Fridman (UKR) might move to Israel

The title is not definitive because it happened a couple of times with other players that these things did not materialize.
If she does move to Israel she'd be our biggest "acquisition" since at least Smashnova (considering Linetskaya never really played consistently in her short comeback here).

Fridman just took back-to-back G3 junior tournaments in Raanana and Bat-Yam, routing Patiuk (6-1 6-3 and 6-3 6-1) en route to both titles.

According to YNET news, Olga has acquired an Israeli passport and will participate in the local 2014 Israeli Championship this coming week. All indications are that she plans on switching to playing for Israel in the coming years. Nothing is definite, but this is the strongest indication yet that she is immigrating to Israel. For all you Hebrew readers, here is the original article(Google translate ).
