Well, that's not going to happen unless she unexpectedly wins her R1 doubles, but who cares about this anyway

Too bad they couldn't switch opponents - Wickmayer would beat Shahar 2&2 whereas I really believe Julia in her current form would have won against LAV.

Re: New Game - Who will last longer?

Other than Patiuk at USO juniors, I don't see any other Israeli player playing this week.
So no contest this week.

Re: New Game - Who will last longer?

Another week with only one Israeli player expected to play - Shlomo is playing at a 25k in the US.
In fact the whole month looks to be pretty empty in terms of Israeli players

Re: New Game - Who will last longer?

Another dry week - No one is playing the week of October 8th
But the week after that (October 15th) the game returns as several Israelis are expected to get back to the tour!!

Re: New Game - Who will last longer?

So the game is back!
And with the largest set of options this game has ever had!
No official list yet for coming week but expected players are:
Julia Glushko (25k Makinohara)
Keren Shlomo (25k Lagos)
Valeria Patiuk (25k Lagos)
Deniz Khazaniuk (10k Akko)
Libi Mesh (10k Akko)
Ekaterina Tour (10k Akko)
possibly more players currently in qualies in Akko and Lagos.

Re: New Game - Who will last longer?

A few players has a chance to go deep, but I'll take the in-form one so Glushko again.
BTW it seems that the Lagos info on the ITF site is broken.

I think the whole ITF site is down, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
