Nice win, but please work on your serve Shahar.. Getting croken 584658 by Klepack is pretty worrying..

Re: Doha - Meet Shahar

What a great win!

If she has a trademark it would be coming back from being way down and winning. Amazing feat to be able to do that as many times as she has done it. Wonder just how many times she has done it in the past? I remember several in Grand Slam tournaments. Talented player.

Re: Doha - Meet Shahar

Li is one of the few players I've never seen play
She is kinda like Peng isn't she? Shahar would have to keep her UEs very short and go for depth rather than pace. I should be Shahar's coach

I saw her and I was sorry about it..A brainless ballbasher

But you're right about what Shahar should do... And she should moonball once in a while I think.

Good luck

Maybe she's brainless, but she's just won the first set easily 6:1.

Shahar just made 1/7 on second serve.

Unless she will improve her serve immensely, I don't see any way for her to climb up the rankings.

Re: Doha - Meet Shahar

When was the last time Shahar won three matches in a row?
Maybe u.s open and thats it..
she is kinda hopless in the last 10-11 months.. I really wanted her to pick good wins before the clay season when she could really strike, but now I really not looking forward to it anymore..

Getting to Gold Coast SF, obviously.
The worrying thing is that in her last three defeats she was hardly competitive. I'm still looking forward with hope though...

Yeah, she's is not like the beginning of last year thta's for sure.. Maybe the other players just know how to play her, and maybe she's but when her serve is so attackable she won't win anything but some tier IV..
