Anyone going to Indian Wells?

I'll probably be there in the first weekend and driving from LA. Anyone else going?

I want to go but it is a long drive from Laguna. We'll see!

Re: Anyone going to Indian Wells?

I got tickets for Friday and Sunday night sessions. Trying to get Saturday and Sunday day sessions, but it's hard to get good seats on the loge! Driving from Laguna is kinda far.. but I'll be driving back to LA anyway after the session to save money.

I just bought one grounds pass for Saturday and I am getting a free pass on Sunday from someone I know. Yea I wouldn't drive back and forth myself, it is a 3 hour drive.

But you can't watch the main stadium matches on saturday! Ahh I really hate the thought of driving back and forth.. Which hotel are you staying at?

A clothing optional "hotel" although it is more like a motel but I stayed with my roommates once for the owner's birthday and he is a lot of fun so I thought I would throw him some business instead of motel 6. Link is prolly NSFW (not safe for work) btw lol http://www.canyonclubhotel.com/

That looks interesting.. the rates are about 69-89 with a 25% discount for students as well! I might look into this... I hope it's not sketchy

Re: Anyone going to Indian Wells?

I'm also trying to decide whether to get tickets through a resale site for the Loge or just do GA since it will grant me access to main stadium for day sessions.. what do you all think?

Re: Anyone going to Indian Wells?

I am thinking GA is good enough at least for me. If I see a match I have to see I will try and get a ticket but really it is only the 2nd/3rd round. There are not going to be that many.

BTW, the cheaper rooms are gone. I think only $99+ rooms left but John might be able to hook you up, he is quite a character.
