Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

I think it should stay here for now. When she starts getting better results, it should be moved
It just wouldn't be fair to give Blanka a thread in Tennis Hungaria, while there are several other Hungarians who deserve threads more than Blanka, and they don't have
For example, Timea Babos is an ITF junior top 5 player atm. She is also 1993 and doesn't have a thread

Daniilidou. Venus. Azarenka. Halep. Wickmayer.
Cornet. Ivanovic. Vesnina.. Vaidisova. Krajicek.
Paszek. Begu. Cirstea. Lisicki. Pavlyuchenkova.
Pironkova. Stephens. Tatishvili. McHale. Flipkens.
Grammatikopoulou ~ Papamichail ~ Sakkari
I'm obsessed with the Greek players. Deal with it.

Speaking of Timea, she definitely is talented. I would be surprised if she couldn't become a very good senior.

SONY ERICSSON OPEN

March 29, 2009

Q. In Hungary, we've seen some countries like Serbia, for example, where one player breaks through and then suddenly coming after are three or four others. Is there many indications that in Hungary there are some players ready to follow you through?
AGNES SZAVAY: I hope my sister going to be the next. She's 15, and she's playing junior tournaments. Really.

Q. What's she called?
AGNES SZAVAY: Blanka. She's playing very good, so I hope she's going to be on the tour.

Q. Would you play doubles with her?
AGNES SZAVAY: Yeah, for sure. That's our plan.

Winter Is Coming

"Fine words." Tyrion was unimpressed. "Words are wind. Who is this bloody savior?"
"A dragon." The cheesemonger saw the look on his face at that, and laughed. "A dragon with three heads."

Timea just won her 2 qually matches reaching the main draw of her very first pro/senior ITF tournament (Bournemouth, 10k). Congrats and keep going Timi.

(Yes, it's off-topic, but as you said, she hasn't got her own thread yet. So... )

Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

Why not make her one in Tennis Hungaria? She is the highest ranked junior without a thread

Daniilidou. Venus. Azarenka. Halep. Wickmayer.
Cornet. Ivanovic. Vesnina.. Vaidisova. Krajicek.
Paszek. Begu. Cirstea. Lisicki. Pavlyuchenkova.
Pironkova. Stephens. Tatishvili. McHale. Flipkens.

Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

Well if anything we should move this here, but IMO if she gets very far this could be a joint sister forum, so it may as well stay here.

Nice too see she won a few matches .

My number one: Victoria Azarenka

ATP: Novak Djoković

Crazy Frenches! Gilles Simon Alizé Cornet

Every registered user can make a thread, it's not a problem. But a thread without active posters is quite useless.
And the activity in Tennis Hungaria is quite low unfortunatelly.

Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

Well than make it active
I know I can make a thread, but I'm not a fan of her
Katalin is a different story, because I keep it active and I'm also a fan of ANiko too

Daniilidou. Venus. Azarenka. Halep. Wickmayer.
Cornet. Ivanovic. Vesnina.. Vaidisova. Krajicek.
Paszek. Begu. Cirstea. Lisicki. Pavlyuchenkova.

Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

Well especially having two threads is pointless. Should we keep this here though, or move it? I vote keep it.

My number one: Victoria Azarenka

ATP: Novak Djoković

Re: Ági's Sister Cheering Thread

Let's keep it for now
When (if) she starts getting good results, it can be the Szavay sisters sub-forum. It's obvious that she only has a thread coz she's Agi's sister. Timea Babos just got one. Other Hungarian girls ranked higher than her like Susanyi and Miko don't have threads yet and really Blanka only has one because of who she is like I said, so keep it here

Daniilidou. Venus. Azarenka. Halep. Wickmayer.
Cornet. Ivanovic. Vesnina.. Vaidisova. Krajicek.
Paszek. Begu. Cirstea. Lisicki. Pavlyuchenkova.
Pironkova. Stephens. Tatishvili. McHale. Flipkens.
