Which "pasta" dish do you prefer?

Personally i love tagliatelle with a cream sauce with salmon(smoked or not) ,parsley and garlic!

I like any type of pasta with a mushroom cream sauce and chicken
I also like bolognaise sauce.
I'm not sure what tagliatelle is
