Not a surprise. In Finland almost everyone has a mobile.

All the best to Justine Henin-Hardenne!!

If I had used my mobile phone, we may have beaten Nokia-Land

I'm surprised England isn't on there. That's not a bad thing though.

yes, I'm positively shocked that Japan didn't make the list . It seems everyone there owns several handsets which function as a pda/camera/teleportation device etc.

Well that list isn't about the total number of people who use mobile phones. It's about percentage. I'm not surprised at all that Japan didn't make the list. We have a huge population of old people who hardly know how to use cellphones. But if we focus on the population of 50 or younger, then the figure will be around 90. Guess the only age groups who don't use cellphones here are toddlers and ppl aged over 60.

In Poland, we've got about 15 million mobile phone users, so it make about 40% of population. Not bad, I guess. Still, way to go to beat NokiaLand!

This is your blind spot, blind spot.
It should be obvious, but it's not.

Yeah. The over 60s should be the next target market for mobile retailers.
Some of them have got the hang of them. I saw a little old lady using one to call a taxi outside the supermarket the other day.

Man, proud man, drest in a little brief authority, most ignorant of what he’s most assured,
his glassy essence, like an angry ape, plays such fantastic tricks before high heaven,
as makes the angels weep.
