What bad habits do you have to kick?

For me it's soda (coke/pepsi). I drink way too much of it so today is my first day drinking only water and nothing else

i also eat too much sugar.. but if i have one more baby carrot today i'm going to hurt somebody

I gave up smoking except for when I'm at a bar or drinking.
About 2 years ago, I gave up biting my nails... And haven't slipped up once and done it.
As for the habit I'd like to break now, well I can't really think of one.

Poe good luck on quitting the soda's, I noticed both you mentioned have loads of caffeine. Because of that unless you drink coffee you might end up with a caffeine withdrawl, which is usually a really painful headache. Perhaps quitting all at once isn't a good thing, limit yourself to 2 a day, then 1, and finally half then quit. Otherwise you'll get bad headaches. I should know, I've been there done that. I still enjoy a soda at dinner or when I'm out eating... but no where near like I used to. Good luck!

thanks for the info I did have a headache by late afternoon today i guess that's why... I took some excedrin and those are loaded with caffeine which would explain why they worked so fast

i plan to still have one once in a while but i usually like to kick habits cold turkey so i'll try to go at least a week without one first

as for nail biting, that's something my boyfriend needs to work on

I think I have kicked most of my bad habits apart from:
1. TV
2. WTAWorld
3. going to bed late and getting up late.

TV I am going to make a serious effort to quit. I am going to restrict myself to one or two shows a week that I am allowed to watch, plus a certain amount of hours "overtime". Films don't count, otherwise I'd be screwed

If I like the results, I might think about limiting my internet time as well... start thinking about having a real life or something (sounds a bit drastic though)...

U on a diet? Even if u aint u gonna notice a difference week cuz u gon feel lighter and like u got more energy cuz u aint drikin sodas. My family always be drinkin sodas and juices and we all had weight problems but my sista don't let her kids have much sugar at all and they are beanpoles.

no i dont need to lose any weight (i could stand to gain some) but I just dont think it's healthy to drink that much of it.
