Does Khaki and white match?

I've had a couple people tell me that you're not supposed to wear white with khaki. But I've seen many people wear them together and I think it looks fine; then again, it took Frasier for me to find out that you weren't supposed to wear white socks with brown shoes (I asked why and my brother looked at me incredulously and said "because brown and white clash!")

So, am I committing a fashion faux pas if I wear them together?

Also, do brown and yellow go together? I've been wearing a brown skirt that has tiny bits of yellow detailing with a yellow top, but I can't recall ever seeing anyone else wear that combination of colors.

khaki pants and a white shirt goes together fine.

what kind of pattern is the skirt? it really all depends on the yellow. a complete solid pure yellow top might be too m uch. but if its a paler yellow it should be alright

....This is fucked up, fucked up....

This is your blind spot, blind spot.
It should be obvious, but it's not.

It's a solid yellow, but it's a soft yellow. The skirt is mostly a dark brown, but it has blue and pink flowers all over it. the yellow in the pattern is used for the thin stems and leaves. How about a turquoise blue or pink top with this skirt?

Khaki pants and white definitely go together.

As for the white socks, those are always a faux-pas unless you're wearing sport shoes (with the purpose of doing some sport).

Everything you do continues long after you've gone

I don't know anything about that, but one I was told white and black match with anycolour but navy blue in case of black...but to be sure about it ask Venus or Serena

khaki and white go well, especially if you're the prudish type.(not an insult.)

brown and yellow is pretty ok as long as one color is pale.
