It didn't do anything at first nothing happened cos I have pop-ups turned off, then when I turned them back on it just gave me a message saying I'd safely turned off the internet, then I closed the window...does it only work if you used Internet Exploder or something...?

When you push the button, you receive the message "you have safely turned off the Internet" displayed on the full screen. You CAN'T normally close this window the usual way (by clicking the X for an example). You have the do ALT + F4 or ALT + CTRL + DELETE. This is just that, no big deal.

Don't tell me you had to reboot your computer. Anyway, a mod is not suppose to turn off the Internet, you shouldn't have pushed the button in the first place.
