Don't Dream it's Over, calling it a career.

"I don’t dream of winning the Olympics anymore, but I still dream of going, as a journalist this time.
But before definitely going on I felt the need of writing the words “the end” and despite my status on the FIS site says active, I officially am calling it a career."

http://ski-and-tennis.blogspot.co.uk...it-career.html

I know it's a long piece and probably you don't really care much, but after seeing the races today and realizing that it is not my world anymore, I felt the need to write about my life as a skier and officially call it a career.

may your choices reflect your hopes not your fears.

It's kinda irrelevant, but you look really hot in your skiing tights

He looked deep into his eyes and said, "You're perfect."

"No, I'm not. But with you, I don't even care."

Your new career will be so much easier on the body, but I'm sure you'll miss the rush of the sport. Bittersweet.

You moved out of home when you were 15 to go to a ski college? Wow, impressive!

If you ever need a reference on how much of a tennis fan you are, you have a whole forum behind you. Good luck with your new found career. Sometimes the best decisions we make in life are the hardest.

thank you all

I did not expect as many compliments for something I didn't even read twice...it just really felt like i needed to take it out at some point.

Very nice and at times emotional read. All the best with your new endeavors!

Just so you know: I'm better than you because my fave is better than your fave. Your fave is a bitch and a shrieking BBB. Or was it pusher? Who cares. She's a classless brat anyway. But don't you dare insult my fave, idiot.

You are still the best skier on TF. You really fought through a lot of injuries. Its a great story
