Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

No.. I don't buy that "most important meal" bandwagon or rumours that it magically halves your metabolism by eating in the morning.

In reality eating breakfast actually makes me hungrier. I would rather just stay in bed longer.

Regrettably a life long fan of Ana Ivanović

I don't eat it. Not really because I get up late but because most breakfast foods gross me out. Cereal is disgusting.

Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

I work nights so generally try and avoid being awake at breakfast time. Lunch is a good way to kick off the day.

Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

Also mostly no.

During the school year (especially the second semester since I had 9 AM class), I usually skipped breakfast and my first meal was lunch. Now that it's summer, I'm usually too lazy to get out of bed on time

Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

If you roll out of bed at around 12 and have something to eat, does it still count as breakfast?

If so, yes.

If not, no.

So, in conclusion, hard to say!

Rarely. If yes, then I just have some fruit or cereal.

Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

Portuguese breakfasts are miserable. A pastry and a coffee, how blasé. American or British breakfasts are much better...said that, if I lived somewhere that had good breakfast, I'd eat it more. As it stands, no.

Re: Do you regularly have your breakfast?

I tend to have a cooked breakfast on Sunday, during the week it's a hit or miss depending on what time I get up, sometimes I'll have cereal, other times, I'll be eating breakfast on the road, a Banana and a few mandarins, followed by a coffee when I get to work.

Not really, I hate cereal and toast so that narrows options, I would usually have just some fruit or something
