Turning The Homeless Into WiFi Hotspots

So this firm has come up with an idea to make use of homeless people, give them 'jobs', and turn them into routers. They're currently promoting this at SXSW.

Each is carrying a wireless internet device, and for a PayPal donation, will provide conference-goers with internet access for as long as they want. .
