Re: Smartphone dependant!
I have an HTC.
I hardly use it, apart from playing music in the car, the occasional text, and the occasional phoning someone.
I bought it for when I start travelling, I can roam globally, and have all the communication apps I need without taking my laptop, so it's for convenience. I payed a bit, but It's an investment for the future, provided I don't drop it in a puddle or run over the thing.
I haven't become dependent on it because I don't want to be dependent on a bit of circuit board which could fuck out on me at any second, don't need to tweet every 2 seconds or update my facebook, don't need to look at a map to navigate myself to somewhere because I know the roads well..etc etc.
It's an investment for future plans, not a way of life.
