Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

One episode wipes away all my complaints about this season. I'll try to never ever doubt the writers on this show again. Sets up the season finale and season 3 beautifully.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

I love how Roya just played Carrie.
She was all like "Carrie do you know how it feels like to be owned by someone" and then Carrie was all like "YEAH!" while thinking of Brody......and then Roya was like "SIKEEE! Bitch....."

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

Not sure what to think of this show anymore, season finale better be good, cause I felt the show's gone downhill throughout this season. I really don't know how they can extend this into season 3 without it being something like the season 2 of Prison Break.

- is your conclusion about someone dying based from the burial at sea shown in the promo? I'm thinking it might just be Abu Nazir.

No.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

It was nice to see Carrie get tossed around by Abu Nazir.

And it looks like the two psychos can finally be together now. If we don't have to see Brody's painful interactions with his family in season three I wouldn't be disappointed.

2016 Titles:
Tennis Tipping: (S) ITF Toronto | (D) Dalian (w/ Nottheone), ITF Bendigo (w/ Randy)
Suicide: Strasbourg, Tashkent, Hong Kong

hmm.
(spoiler ref)
are you saying that because that's what happened to bin laden? i kinda felt like that funeral was for a marine. not sure why abu nazier would be taken to a ship and thrown off...
but you're probably right.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

That felt like such a non-season-finale until that explosion.

Wow ! Way to set up Season 3 in 10 seconds.

All in all, a decent season 2.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

at ~10:20 (when quinn decided not to kill brody), i was thinking that they pretty much tied up all the loose ends. nothing left for another 45 minutes...or next season.
and then BAM. explosion. carrie helps him escape to canada. brody's video broadcasted in public.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

When they 'chose' each other and going to be together, I was like this won't last long, BUT while thinking the season was over with that stupid cheesy ending. And then BAM that explosion sent everything wild. Carrie's initial reaction when waking up
