I LOVE CARRIE

Saul is the most annoying and useless character ever, but the show is really great.

Carrie better get some justice in the seasons 2 and 3.
OH NO YOU DIDN'T!

Saul is far and away the best part of season 3.

Same. I would totally follow a Saul spin-off. It's second on my wish list to a Quinn spin-off.

Anyway, I guess I was very, very wrong about Showtime's plans for Brody. Oh well! Long overdue, that one. Season 4 might actually be worth tuning in for.

That should be the series finale but unfortunately SHO is going to milk this till the ratings fully dry up.

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

I didnt make it through this season, they lost me about 5 episodes in. I went to my TiVo and canceled the season pass...glad to hear it got better, just no longer cared and with so many shows fighting for my attention I didn't have the patience nor desire to stick with it. Brilliant first and great second season though- glad i was a part of that!

Re: Showtime Drama: "Homeland"

Ok Saul got alot better in season 2 and 3 Although the whole story line with Mira was just weird and made him look annoying...

I couldn't stop watching so much drama

I still love Carrie so damn much, I just wanna give her a hug.

Still waiting for them to answer a few questions! Did they ever solve who the mole was (and passed the razor blade to that guy?) and what's up with Quinn being super suss and having that bomb thing?

All in all I agree it was a good move for Brody to go, although I thought it was so anti-climatic the way it all happened, I think it would have been amazing he really turned out to be a bad guy in the end.

I stopped on ep 3 because I thought it was awful, but I had a 16 hour flight and my friends convinced me to start it again. Glad I did. Really liked it, and his army trainers were A+. The doctor guy was my fave

Also, I forgot about how Saul went OFF at Fara that time and never apologised... that was so out of line I was so shocked.

And why were they speaking French in Iran?

As it currently stands I'm beyond annoyed with Carrie!

I don't mind her having feelings for Brody in the least bit mainly because love is anything but rational and most times its not something in your conscious control. So I will give her a pass for that, but her unprofessionalism is something I can't get past. Her blatant disregard for protocol and her unwillingness to follow a direct order is getting old. I get that every now and then u go against orders and listen to your gut and when things pan out u can get a 'pass', but they seem to be really running w.this theme. Its like everyone is an idiot except for Carrie and since she knows better rules don't apply to her.

Like I said in the past this show always takes care of problems I have so I hope this time isn't an exception.
THIS!

I'm going to start season 3 this weekend but I don't expect much to change regarding Carrie...

Carrie remains the most loathsome protagonist on television.

I am interested in the Muslim boy's arch. And Saul.

She is under ridiculous pressure 24/7, the show does an excellent job of portraying the mania and helplessness of bipolar disease.

I feel like Carrie's character is changing this season, she was a hell of a lot more hardened these first 2 episodes, I'm not sure if i like it.

Overall 2 pretty good eps. Nothing amazing, but a solid foundation already set for the season. Hopefully the big drama will come. Although the scene where she stopped in front of Brody's was brilliant.
