It WILL be Adele appreciation day, and you all WILL deal.

She might even match Bee's record of 6 in one night!

I think the submission deadline should be coming to a close soon, no? Can't wait for the lists to leak to see who submitted what for nomination.

I think the deadline has already passed, right? End of August usually. Or else they only have about 1 month to decide the nominees.

I honestly cannot make a case for anyone other than Adele winning the big 3 awards. I mean who the hell else released music within the last year worthy?

So many...so so many. Sadly just not the right kind of 'music' for the grammys.

Tony Bennet will be the dark horse with his Duets album to challenge Adele. Him with Taylor Swift (Speak Now) and kanye West also.

Taylor Swift? Blasphemy if she got nominated for Album of the Year with that same piece of crap she produces every time. I hope Kanye + JayZ (The Throne) will be one of the nominees, and Gaga or Beyonce.

Taylor Swift > all of the other artists mentioned in this post.

If the clean sweep she got with her Fearless album is anything to go by, she definitely should get something for Speak Now. It's a far superior album.

If GaGa wins anything for the Born This Way album, they should give the award to Cher. After all, that's who she steals most of her ideas from.

Can't say I know much of Bette Middler's material...but the other two, definitely.
