Police problems

What action can one take if they are being harassed by the cops? In the last few months it seems that my neighborhood has become flooded with the police and you can't seem to go 3 blocks without running into a cop around the corner. Isn't there some kind of limit to the number of cops in a neighborhood? I live in the suburbs for god sake. It is ridiculous that my tax dollars are being spend to hire an unnecessarily large number of cops who seem to have nothing better to do with their time other than stand around the streets and make people uncomfortable.

Re: Police problems

Whereabouts in Canada do you live? Are they actually harassing people, or are they just sort of standing around watching? Trust me, it can't be worse than it is in Moscow, where it seems that every other teenager in the city is running around in a militia uniform asking ethnic minorities for their papers
